If PTSticher is bundled... ummm?

I am supposed to drag and drop the PTSticher.exe onto my PanoCube.exe so it knows where it is... right?

Well PTSticher.exe does not exist in the PanoTools I downloaded. Somehow I guess it runs from within something... Photoshop? Or? But no PTSticher.exe exists in the PanoTools download...

What do I do now??
