: This is space in path issue. Was discussed alot here. PanoCube (free) doesn't likes when paths to a files it works with contain spaces in. In this case you have your .pan file in c:\Documents and something ...\ path. Move it to for example to c:\pan\ folder and try again.

I followed your suggestion. re-installed pancube. now i have a different message. it said "the applicatio has fialed to start because pano12.dll was not found. re-installing the application may fix the problem. i re-installed the programs a few times but kept getting the same message.

what else am i doing wrong?
