: what am i doing wrong?
: does anyone know how else to convert smooth pan files into movies?
This is space in path issue. Was discussed alot here. PanoCube (free) doesn't likes when paths to a files it works with contain spaces in. In this case you have your .pan file in c:\Documents and something ...\ path. Move it to for example to c:\pan\ folder and try again.
