converting pan files to quicktime movies

I downloaded panotools and panocube. installed panocube and dragged ptstichcer to panocube. But when i dragged my pan file to panocube to try to convert it to a movie file, it just gave me a message "cannot find c://documents

what am i doing wrong?
does anyone know how else to convert smooth pan files into movies?
