upgrade from PanoCube 5.1 to current version?

I believe I own version 5.1 of PanoCube and would like to upgrade to what ever is the most current, most fully featured, and most stable version of PanoCube.
(1) How can I confirm what version I have? It's not like there is an "about" menu or anything?
(2) Do I pay or am I entitled to upgrade for free or a reduced price?
