Drag and drop opens destination folder but doesn't work

Hello. I'm having a bit o trouble. When I drag my jpg file onto PanoCube.exe, the command window opens, opens the destination directory and then closes. No files are created. Any insight you may be able to provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
