fine line in final pano

I need a little help. I can’t figure out why there is a “fine-line” on the final pano at the corner of the two cube faces. The line does not appear on the large or full resolution pano only on the pano that I reduce in size in the script. I have seen it before but I though it was a setting in photoshop. Any ideas as to why it is appearing on the reduced size pano and not on the full size pano?
