Drag and drop

I tried to drag and drop a jpeg on to pano cube, and I got a error message saying it could not find a path to where I stored pano tools, I click on ok and nothing happens, where do tell panocube where the path is?. I drag and dropped PTsticher on to cube icon and this was ok. please help
