IBM HotMedia from jpeg?

Our company creates panoramic virtual tours. We have been approached by a client asking us to render our tours as .MVR files so they may be viewed using the old IBM HotMedia applet. It seems the client has hard coded the HotMedia applet into several hundred pages. Is anyone aware of software to take a panoramic jpg file and convert it to an .MVR file?
