Move what you have in C:\Program Files (PanoCube.exe or PTStitcher.exe) to a spaceless path. For example:
C:\pcube\PanoCube.exe or C:\PTools\Helpers\PTStitcher.exe.
You source images must be also on spaceless path - for example: C:\panos\Panorama.tif.
The main rule keep all this files on spaceless paths.
This issue was fixed in PanoCube Plus.
