You need additional software (QuickTime Pro) to accomplish this task.
First with PanoCube you make not protected movie with embedded "autoplay" sprite (supplied with PanoCube)
For this you need to change "protect" line in the Script.txt from 1 to 0 and "autorotate" line from 0 to autoplay.mov

After you made the movie you could use QuickTime Pro to add sound track in it. here: http://homepage.mac.com/qt4web/sprites/items.html is described how to ("To add widgets to your own movies").
