Batches failing mid-way

I am trying to batch process a large number of panoramas (1 to 6 tile processing) but for some reason the processing stops mid way. I have tried to rerun the batch and it stops at a different point each time (normally after the first whole panorama or at a xxxx44.jpg face in the 3rd or 4th panorama being processed).

Any ideas what could be causing this?
